Community of owners’ maintenance in Sant Antoni de Calonge
MAR BLAU I – II
The terraces of the building had water filtrations, caused by construction defects. To solve the problem, we demolished the existent pavement, we waterproofed the terraces and installed inox drip edge flashing, ceramic drip edge flashing, a plinth and new pavement.
EDIFICI MONTSENY
Complete structural renovation of pillars and metallic beams. Rehabilitation of the building facade, including the following works: repairing the fissures and cracks and painting the exterior facade with special plastic paint suitable for exterior walls.
